I've been training with Dan for the past 4 weeks and honestly the difference in how I work out is huge. Dan focuses on movements and getting the basics right, something that no other PT has ever done with me. Within a matter of weeks I've gone from body weight exercises that are wobbly and uncoordinated to balanced, strong and controlled. The plans Dan has given me are easy to follow, challenging and rewarding. He also makes sure I understand why and how the exercises work, again something that most PTs don't have time to tell you. The first 4 weeks have been all about coordination, strength building and technique, now I'm looking forward to the next 4 weeks and seeing the positive changes yet to come...

Starting personal training sessions is the best thing I’ve ever done! I’ve been with Dan for just under a month now and I have nothing but praise for him, he truly is amazing at what he does and the best PT I’ve known or ever had. I've been training with Dan for a couple of months now and learnt so much. Keeping track of my calories has allowed me to lose 1/2 a stone whilst still eating my favourite foods. The training has massively improved my strength, endurance and posture! I was doing lots of the movements incorrectly which meant i wasn't getting the most from my workouts.
